Employment Specialist (Part-Time)
Pay: $15.70 - $21.24 per hour
Belco Works, Inc. has been providing work opportunities for adults with disabilities for over 50 years. The Employment Specialist will support individuals to acquire employment related skills while working as a team.
Under supervision of the Director of Employment Services, this full-time position provides direct and immediate support and training to assigned individuals. Provides input and training for individual plans related to competitive employment. Assists individuals in identifying vocational interests along with assisting in completing employment applications, job seeking skills, job interview skills, and appropriate work habits. Maintains ongoing communication with employees and employers to ensure continued job placement.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on consumer work schedules. Must pass a background check and drug test, have a valid driver’s license, social security card, and high school diploma or GED. Belco Works offers a competitive Benefit Package.
