Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Weekend Caregiver to provide Homemaker Personal Care (HPC) services in a home setting in Miamisburg, OH.

The individual supported has limited verbal communication and uses an iPad to communicate. This role requires patience, attentiveness, and comfort working in a family environment.

Client Support Needs

• Assistance with meals/feeding
• Support with toileting routines
• Daily engagement and supervision
• Mobility support (client can stand with assistance but does not walk)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily activities, including social and leisure engagement
• Support daily living activities based on the Individual Service Plan (ISP)
• Monitor and document progress or changes in condition
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with agency standards
• Attend required training and staff meetings
• Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and team members
• Respond to emergencies and report concerns appropriately
• Uphold individual rights, dignity, and safety at all times
• Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to provide HPC services in accordance with regulations

Role Requirements

• Must be available every Saturday and Sunday
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work respectfully in a family home setting
