About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Shop Assistant to join our team at ACM Innovations. This is a jack-
of-all-trades; role that splits time between our fabrication shop and making critical deliveries to job sites
across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Pennsylvania.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, is a skilled driver, and is looking for
a long-term career path with the potential to grow into Project Management or Estimating.
Key Responsibilities
● Regional Deliveries: Drive a full-size truck with a 15ft trailer over long distances. You must be
comfortable maneuvering a trailer through tight spots and active construction sites.
● Equipment Operation: Use a Lull/Forklift to unload skids at job sites and receive shipments at the
shop. Experience with (or willingness to learn) JLG Boom Lifts and Scissor Lifts is a major plus.
● Shop Support: Act as an extra set of hands for daily fabrication tasks. This includes lifting panels
(up to 50 lbs), organizing materials, and keeping the shop clean and efficient.
● Precision Work: Must be able to read a tape measure accurately and use basic hand tools.

Requirements
● Driving Skills: Valid driver’s license with a clean record and significant experience hauling/backing
up trailers.
● Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active on your feet all day.
● Communication: Spanish speaking is highly preferred to coordinate with various crews and sites.
● Adaptability: Ready for a tight turnaround schedule and tasks that vary from day to day.

and eventually transition into the office side of operations.
