Job Title: Lab Technician
Location: Brecksville
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team in Brecksville, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a laboratory environment and is looking to grow within a stable organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory testing and analysis following established procedures
- Prepare samples, solutions, and lab equipment for daily testing
- Accurately document test results and maintain detailed records
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment or process issues
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred
- Previous laboratory or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
