Plaintiff's Personal Injury Trial Attorney - Motor Vehicle Cases

A nationally recognized plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking Personal Injury Trial Lawyers to handle motor vehicle and trucking injury cases. This role is ideal for a lawyer who has meaningful trial exposure and seeks a trial-focused position with the support of a well-resourced platform built for high-volume litigation.

These attorneys manage cases in litigation from initiation through trial and final disposition, working directly with clients and experts while preparing and trying cases in court. Attorneys who are motivated by advocacy, results, and courtroom experience will do especially well here.

Responsibilities include:

* Day-to-day management of personal injury litigation matters involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents
* Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and related litigation documents
* Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
* Working directly with clients, expert witnesses, and medical providers throughout the case lifecycle
Qualifications:

* Law degree from an accredited law school
* Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state
* Ability to manage a high-volume litigation caseload
* Strong client communication, writing, and oral advocacy skills
* Self-starter with an interest in long-term litigation and trial work
