Cleveland Controls designs and manufactures pressure switches and air sensing solutions used in HVAC, industrial, and OEM equipment worldwide. Our products are known for reliability, precision, and performance in demanding applications.

 

We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, digital content, and sales operations while helping strengthen customer relationships and grow brand visibility.

 

Position Overview

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator supports digital marketing, content development, and sales operations to help generate leads and support customer engagement.

Working closely with sales, engineering, and leadership teams, this role coordinates marketing campaigns, manages digital content, and assists with OEM customer communications.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Support digital marketing and content marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach efforts
  • Create and manage social media, website, and marketing content
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics
  • Maintain website content, product literature, and marketing documentation

Sales Support

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support lead generation and sales strategy initiatives
  • Manage customer communications through CRM systems and email campaigns
  • Assist with coordination and communication for OEM customer accounts
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams

 

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in B2B or industrial marketing environments preferred

Skills

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft 365
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • WordPress or website management platforms
  • CRM or digital marketing tools preferred
