Job Title: Shift Manager

We’re hiring a motivated and dependable Shift Manager to help lead our fast food team! As a Shift Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring each shift runs smoothly, our guests receive top-notch service, and our crew is supported and energized.

In this role, you’ll oversee operations during assigned shifts, guide and coach crew members, manage inventory and cash handling, and help create a positive, productive work environment. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can balance great customer service with keeping things on track behind the scenes.

Whether you're opening the restaurant, handling the dinner rush, or closing up at night, you’ll set the tone for success each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
• Delegate tasks, monitor crew performance, and provide real-time feedback
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Manage shift paperwork, cash handling, and inventory counts
• Communicate effectively with team members and upper management

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or retail experience (supervisory or leadership experience preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
