Landscape Technicians, Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties, Ohio: Landscape Technician(s) will be responsible for landscaping and maintaining property using hand tools or power tools or equipment. Will perform a variety of tasks including gathering and removing litter; pruning and trimming trees, shrubs, or hedges which will occur on the ground; raking, mulching, and composting leaves; provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, and other grounds features; hauling or spreading topsoil; watering lawns, trees, or plants, caring for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, and/or trimming and edging; using power mowers to edge and/or mow lawns; spray and spread fertilizers onto grass, shrubs, and trees using hand or automatic sprayers; and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry units. Landscape Technicians will be required to travel daily to unanticipated customer properties in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties in Ohio.

The employer will provide workers at no charge with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. 5 days/week, 45 hours/week, M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Need 5 of workers temporary, full-time Job Title. Start Date 05/2026- 11/2026 End Date. PWD $18.91/hr. Overtime possible, as needed at overtime wage $28.36/hr. Potential worksites include cities in towns in Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties, Ohio. Employees will be provided with daily transportation in company trucks from the company headquarters to worksites. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers paid biweekly. Employer will take all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law; Rental housing is available at employer-rented properties. Workers may choose to stay in employer provided housing at a rate in accordance with applicable Federal and Ohio State regulations to be deducted from the worker’s pay. No other deductions will be taken by the employer. Employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker original departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.88 per day with receipts.
