A property management company has an opening for an Office Manager who has Property Management experience or a real-estate background. You will answer phones, collect rent, fill out deposit slips, lease agreements, and City Registration forms, use QuickBooks, and go out to look at potential units. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have Office and Property Management experience, must have a real-estate background, must have great customer service skills, must be able to accurately use QuickBooks, must have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, must be able to prioritize duties, while being highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy, and must have a professional, outgoing, and friendly demeanor. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
