HELPER-CONSTRUCTION TRADES (4) Temporary Full Time Position 4/1/26-12/15/26,Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of alltypes: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuringequipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches,set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris and otherwaste materials. May assist other craft workers., for CLEVELAND CUSTOM CONCRETE & POOLS, LLC. atmultiple worksites within DAILY TRAVEL TO VARIOUS JOB SITES LOCATED IN CUYAHOGA COUNTY INOHIO . ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS. SOME OT AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED. 8 hour workday.OPTIONAL EMPLOYER OWNED HOUSING $150.00 PER WEEK/ $300.00 PER PAY PERIOD. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employerwill reimburse worker for transportation & subsidence (including meals &, to the extent necessary lodging)from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of work contract or where theworker is dismissed earlier, the employer will pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportationand subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or if employer hasappropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportationpayment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved. Employer agrees to offer work for at least ¾ of the work days in each 12 week periodof total employment period.Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per /day during travelto a maximum of $68.00 p/day with receipts. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa,visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government(excluding passport fees).
