[Duties]
- Collaborate and plan with project superintendent on schedule, weekly reports, and subcontractors as well as all construction operations to ensure deadlines will be met
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors and work with the project manager assistant to reach profitable agreements and prepare subcontract agreements, material purchase orders and change orders
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
[Requirements]
- 5-7 years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore project management software or similar software is required
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

- $80k - $120k a year

- Most projects are local but some overnight travel may be occasionally required
