Long-Term Contract (1-2 years)

Compensation: $50-60/hr. (expected 40 hours/week)

Description:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP)
• Lead QA/QC programs for the entire construction project
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews of work in progress and completed work
• Oversee inspection and testing procedures (ITPs) and documentation processes
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues
• Interface with clients, third-party inspectors, and regulatory agencies
• Review submittals, drawings, and material approvals for compliance
• Monitor and report quality performance metrics to senior leadership
• Lead lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in a quality management role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in construction management and document control software
