REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 4/1/26-12/1/26. Must agree to 50 hr work week. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling and driver requirements.


JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Job duties include receiving crop for drying and storage at grain storage facility; transporting grain from fields to grain bins; loading and unloading grain into trucks while keeping grain level; operating tractors, GPS equipment, augers, and grain conveying equipment; monitoring grain moisture levels; preparing scale tickets; shoveling grain; sweeping and scooping in bins. Manual duties include but are not limited to performing general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of grain bins and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized machinery and agricultural equipment; regularly servicing equipment; and mowing and weed eating around the bin site. Equipment that employees will operate includes but is not limited to tractors with various implements and grain monitors. Non-CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and engage in various general functions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.


EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:


BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.


HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.


TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).


WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.


TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
