Position Purpose
The College Pathway Advisor serves as the primary recruiter for WSCO and supports students throughout the enrollment process. This role engages prospective students through individual appointments, group sessions, and events while providing guidance on admissions, financial aid, and College Credit Plus (CCP) advising. In addition, the advisor provides embedded recruitment and advising services within partner high schools to ensure students have the resources and support needed to begin their college journey successfully.
Qualifications - Education, Experience, and Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a regionally or nationally accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education.
- Minimum of six months to two years of similar or related experience.
