We’re looking for a motivated Shift Manager to lead our team and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. As a Shift Manager, I take pride in creating a welcoming environment, overseeing daily operations, and coaching our team to success.

What I do every day:

• Lead and support team members during shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and scheduling to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly restaurant environment.
• Train and mentor team members to grow their skills and achieve goals.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure an excellent experience every time.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Previous management experience is a plus, but I value attitude and drive above all.
