Job Description: HOUSEKEEPER (4) Temporary Full Time Position 4/01/26-10/16/26, Perform any

combination of light cleaning duties to maintain private households or commercial establishments, such as

hotels and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, replenishing linens,

cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming. Details; Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning

supplies, using wheeled carts. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators,

stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met. Clean rugs, carpets,

upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Optional employer provided

housing available at $70/ week or $140 per pay period. Workers are responsible for transportation to the

designated pick up location in Put In Bay, OH, Transportation to and from worksites will be provided from

Put In Bay, OH No exp/NO edu. req'd. ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS, 8 HOUR WORKDAY, SOME

OVERTIME AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED. Schedule varies but must be available 7 days / 40 hours per

week. 8am-5:00pm, $ 15.33 hr OT $23.00 /hr, Single workweek computation, Pd biweekly by check. All

payroll deductions taken, required by law. Merit based raises available at employer discretion. Onsite

Job order is being placed in connection with future filing for H2B labor certification. Must be eligible within

the USA and available entire work period. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period,

the employer will reimburse worker for transportation & subsidence (including meals &, to the extent

necessary lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of work

contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will pay for workers reasonable costs of

return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work,

except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or if

employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of

transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common

carrier for the distances involved. Employer agrees to offer work for at least ¾ of the work days in each

12 week period of total employment period. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per

/day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 p/day with receipts. Workers will be reimbursed in the first

workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated

by the government (excluding passport fees).

Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: Yes. Optional employer provided housing available at

$70/ week or $140 per pay period.

Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. EMPLOYER PROVIDES ONSITE TRAINING

Deductions from the Worker’s Paycheck: The employer is required to make all payroll deductions

equipment at no cost to the worker.

Single Workweek for Pay: A single workweek will be used in computing wages due as required by law.
