We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks.

• Performs various daily, scheduled and emergent maintenance on city properties
• Operates small hand tools
• Clearing of brush, leaves, ice and snow as directed
• Storm water management work including ditch cleaning crew

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures.

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

- This position requires a moderate level of physical fitness. The successful candidate will be able to lift, bend, and move materials and equipment as needed.
