LANDSCAPE LABORER (13) Temporary Full Time Position 4/1/26-11/30/26, Landscapeor maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform avariety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming,planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarlesssegmental concrete masonry wall units, for MARK'S PRO SERVICES, LLC.. at multiple worksites /DAILYTRAVEL TO VARIOUS JOB SITES LOCATED IN LAKE,GEAUGA AND CUYAHOGA COUNTIES IN OHIO . .ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS. SOME OT AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED. 8 hour shift. Employers willassist workers in finding housing, i.e. no deduction. . Joborder is being placed in connection with future filing for H2B labor certification. Must be eligible within theUSA and available entire work period. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, theemployer will reimburse worker for transportation & subsidence (including meals &, to the extentnecessary lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of workcontract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will pay for workers reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work,except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or ifemployer has appropriately reported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable commoncarrier for the distances involved. Employer agrees to offer work for at least ¾ of the work days in each12 week period of total employment period. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per/day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 p/day with receipts. Workers will be reimbursed in the firstworkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandatedby the government (excluding passport fees).
