Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service / Order Associate to support a busy Service Center within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start and a streamlined hiring process.
Responsibilities
* Receive and process incoming service materials into an ERP system
* Manage RMA requests and repair order processing
* Coordinate repair orders with customers and internal teams
* Maintain accurate customer and equipment records
* Track service activity and provide timely status updates
* Deliver high-level customer service support
* Ensure daily processing of incoming materials
* Assist with reporting and departmental metrics
Qualifications
Required:
* Previous experience in customer service or order processing
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
* Experience with ERP systems
* Background in a manufacturing or service environment
* Familiarity with technical equipment or tools
Work Environment
* 100% on-site position in Solon, OH
* Business casual dress code
* Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with frequent communication
Schedule
* Monday - Friday
* 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
