REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 3/17/26-11/30/26. Must agree to 40 hr work week. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 8 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 60 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen certifications and driver requirements.


JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Employer will inform worker of daily tasks/orders and worker will be responsible for communicating the necessary information to team members. Worker will need to have a valid driver’s license with proper endorsements to assist in worker transportation. Occasional forklift or equipment driving, van driving, frequent stooping/bending and walking is required. Worker must have a strong understanding of verbal and written Spanish. Worker must have extensive knowledge in general farm and greenhouse activities to train crew, maintain daily operations, and meet productivity standards. Worker will observe job performance and provide training to team members as needed, including training to team members for production that does not meet productivity or quality standards. Training includes English and/or Spanish verbal instruction, written employee discipline, time off, or other coaching or instruction to teach team member to work more efficiently. Report any worker disputes to Employer and assist in resolving them. Worker may use cellphone to communicate farm management in English and/or Spanish. Worker may be required to log information into the appropriate computer or tablet/smart phone. Worker will be responsible for marking, tagging and recording accurate counts of product appropriately or assigning an employee to do so. Worker must ensure team members are complying with all food safety rules and policies and report all violations to Employer. Worker will be responsible for providing team members with the necessary supplies and tools (company supplied) needed for daily work, cleaning equipment, vehicles, containers, and buildings. Worker will assist all team members in completing tasks as needed. Worker will be responsible for informing Employer of any damage to the equipment, vehicles, tools, or supplies. Worker will repair tools as needed to keep them in good working order. Worker must be able to lift 65 pounds. ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES: 8.Oversee daily operations. 9.Assign and oversee team leads at times where multiple crews are in operation. 10.Assign and ensure employees are completing job tasks and documenting completion on required paperwork in English and/or Spanish. 11.Supervise employees to ensure compliance with food safety processes and initiatives. 12.Ensure that production goals are met on a daily basis. 13.Manage traceability processes on agricultural harvested product (paperwork/stickers). 14.Train employees on cleaning procedures and ensure compliance. 15.Supervisor will engage in agricultural activities as needed. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: 16.Complete and/or collect daily Vehicle Checklists from drivers. 17.Monitor and document materials used daily, complete Materials List and turn in to Employer. 18.Assign work assignments to crews and start work. 19.Monitor work quality and efficiency. 20.Complete all necessary forms at the end of the workday (as requested by employer). 21.Ensure cleaning/sanitizing procedures are followed and documented. 22.Ensure employee compliance with workplace rules. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:


BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.


HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.


TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).


WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.


TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
