Position: Product Development Engineer

Location: 2801 W Stroop Rd, Moraine, OH 45439

Duties: Keep data, drawings, and standards effectively archived in a controlled way. Develop and confirm product standard requirements. Product Development APQP tasks as per IATF16949 and company internal process (Advanced Product Quality Planning) tasks including documentation. Implementation of Engineering Change Notices. Technical analysis and development of new products. Provide Tooling Engineers, Process Engineers, and Packaging Engineers requirements of their programs. Monitor and aid the sample build and shipping process. Track product status in production trials and acceptance of debugging parts. Follow TS16949 and customer standards and internal development process. Salary $77,337 per year. Standard corporate benefits.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation, or a closely related discipline.
