What Youll Do:
* Operate balers and sort recyclable materials
* Meet production goals in a hands-on, physical role
* Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
* Support product reclamation and team operations
What You Bring:
* Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
* Experience with pallet jacks, balers, or forklifts a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Positive attitude and team spirit
