- Residential advising or dormitory supervision
- Youth development or mentoring

- Behavioral coaching

- Transitional support or case management
You will work closely with counselors, instructors, safety staff, and center leadership while helping students navigate daily life, develop selfmanagement skills, and meet program expectations.
This is an onsite, studentfacing role that requires strong communication, professionalism, consistency, and the ability to promote a positive and safe residential environment.
Your work directly influences student behavior, wellbeing, retention, and longterm success.
Student Guidance & Residential Support
- Provide daily guidance to help students develop positive attitudes, appropriate behavior, and effective selfmanagement skills.
- Conduct group sessions and discussions that support social skills, decisionmaking, and personal development.
- Model and reinforce the center’s positive normative culture.
- Identify when students need additional support and refer them to counselors as appropriate.
Safety, Supervision & Student Conduct
- Patrol and monitor dormitories and other areas to ensure safety, compliance, and appropriate behavior.
- Address potential or active issues calmly and professionally, resolving problems to maintain a positive living environment.
- Report violations of ethical behavior and notify leadership of concerns promptly.
- Identify and report environmental health and safety issues.
Student Activities, Engagement & Daily Living Skills
- Assist with planning and supervising recreational activities on and off center.
- Support students in maintaining cleanliness and order in the dormitory.
- Help students build habits that support independence, responsibility, and positive community living.
Documentation, Reporting & Accountability
- Prepare accurate administrative reports, logs, and documentation related to student conduct and dormitory operations.
- Maintain required group session documentation and support Career Preparation Period (CPP) activities when assigned.
- Ensure all documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
