Project Manager (Commercial & Institutional Operations)
Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial and institutional projects from start to finish. This role manages and coordinates field staff, including drivers and movers, while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to client expectations. The position requires strong leadership, organization, and operational oversight.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through completion
- Oversee and coordinate drivers and moving crews
- Plan and manage daily operations, schedules, and logistics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
- Communicate project updates, changes, and expectations to teams and clients
- Troubleshoot issues and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on track
