A manufacturing and supply company is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Administrator to answer phones, take customer orders, answer questions, enter payables, use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as Sage Software, and perform other administrative duties as needed. This is a part-time position and work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.


Qualified candidates must have previous administrative and customer service experience, must have excellent communication skills, must have an articulate phone demeanor, must be organized and focused, must have strong computer knowledge along with accurate data entry skills, and must have an upbeat and self-starter attitude. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.  This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.
