Qualifications:
- Must be a LPN (with both OH and WV Licensure) or CMA (schooling through an accredited program and NHA or AAMA certification)
- Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, excellent documentation, and computer skills, knowledgeable of care plans and must have the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
- Applicant must be able to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities:
- Support Medical team in providing care for patients; Rooming, referrals etc.
