Office Manager – Fabriweld Corporation


Fabriweld Corporation is seeking a high-level Office Manager to provide leadership and administrative coordination for our office staff. This role serves as a critical bridge between departments, managing complex financial workflows, human resources administration, and operational logistics. The ideal candidate will balance strategic financial oversight with hands-on team leadership to maintain organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management & Strategy: Actively forecast and manage cash flow, including intra-day monitoring of the company bank line of credit.
  • Accounts & Collections: Oversee AR/AP operations, review weekly aging reports, and direct customer collection activities to minimize financial risk.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of five office employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to the accounting month-end close schedule.
  • HR & Benefits: Support the administration of profit-sharing plans, employee health insurance oversight, and general insurance renewals.
  • Operational Logistics: Responsible for company fleet vehicle licensing, registration, and quarterly IFTA return filings.
  • Compliance: Assist with annual 1099 reporting and support external audits.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in office management, accounting leadership, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JobBOSS GSS or equivalent ERP software, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Competencies: Strong organizational skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable information.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to navigate an office/manufacturing environment and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.


Schedule & Environment

  • Reports To: President.
  • Hours: Standard hours are dictated by workload; may require more than 40 hours per week and occasional travel.
