Job Title: Controls Hardware Engineer – AutoCAD Electrical

The Opportunity: Join our Controls Automation department as a Hardware Engineer focused on full-lifecycle design. You will be responsible for ensuring a cohesive correlation between mechanical and electrical automation through innovative hardware design and precise technical documentation.

Technical Environment:

·       Primary Tool: AutoCAD Electrical for schematic development.

·       Integration: Hardware-software integration involving PLC programming impacts.

·       Automation: Modernization of legacy equipment and development of new automation.

Requirements:

·       Education/Experience: 1+ years in electrical schematic design.

·       Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal/written communication.

·       Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and maintain focus during extended CAD sessions.

·       Location: Must be able to work on-site at our Norwalk facility and custom manufacturing shop floor.
