Title: Oracle EBS Supply Chain Business Process Architect

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Overview
We are seeking a senior Oracle EBS Business Process Architect with strong expertise in Supply Chain modules and deep knowledge of DoD operations. This role will lead enterprise process design, drive solution architecture, and support large-scale ERP transformation initiatives.
Description
* Design and document end-to-end business processes, including workflows and KPIs
* Partner with business owners to define requirements, process improvements, and standardization
* Lead functional ownership of Oracle EBS modules and ensure cross-functional alignment
* Support Agile/Scrum teams to ensure solutions meet business and DoD requirements
* Conduct and present system demos, blueprinting sessions, and CRPs
* Perform design assurance and quality reviews prior to deployment
* Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions aligned with enterprise standards
* Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW objects, integrations, and data requirements
* Mentor stakeholders on Oracle EBS functionality and business processes
* Serve as a senior SME for Oracle EBS and DoD operational workflows
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS (Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Financials, or related)
* Strong knowledge of DoD business processes and systems
* Proven experience in ERP transformation and process architecture design
* Experience leading requirements gathering, blueprinting, CRPs, and design reviews
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
* Knowledge of integrations, data governance, and enterprise architecture
* Oracle EBS certifications
