A Typical Shift May Include
- Responding to urgent air charter requests
- Preparing accurate, time-sensitive flight quotes
- Coordinating aircraft availability with operators and vendors
- Tracking flights and ensuring successful trip completion
- Communicating with clients and logistics partners
- Managing time-critical shipments and charter schedules
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate air charter quotes
- Manage ad hoc and just-in-time charter trip requests
- Track flights and monitor trip progress
- Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth charter operations
- Communicate professionally via phone and email
- Enter and maintain trip data in the company’s in-house operations system
- Provide proactive follow-through to ensure customer satisfaction
- Quickly resolve operational issues when they arise
Qualifications
- Background in aviation, air charter, or logistics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and urgency
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable learning proprietary operations systems
