We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Laborer to join our manufacturing facility team. This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks to support production, assembly, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Support the setup, maintenance, and cleaning of machinery and work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished products in the warehouse or manufacturing area.
- Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, sorting, and packaging items according to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly line operations to meet production goals efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and materials using warehouse experience techniques.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in factory or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for understanding machinery operation is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks consistently, including lifting heavy objects safely.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality control.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations or logistics is beneficial.
