We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication tasks, ensuring that all products meet industry standards and specifications. This role requires proficiency in various welding techniques, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on various materials and components according to specifications.
- Utilize plasma cutting techniques to prepare materials for welding.
- Assemble fabricated parts and components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on welds and finished products to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance product quality.
- Use basic math skills to calculate measurements and material requirements accurately.

Requirements
- Proven experience in MIG welding, with a strong understanding of welding techniques and processes.
- Familiarity with plasma cutting, soldering, and the use of hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to welding practices.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers for precise measurements.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic math skills for accurate calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
