We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment like pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and shredders. If you’re hands-on, mechanically skilled, and thrive in fast-paced environments — this is the job for you.
1st shift, plenty of OT, great pay and benefits!!!!!
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance using Express Maintenance software
- Install and align new equipment from blueprints
- Use welding/fabrication tools safely (MIG/Stick a plus)
- Collaborate with electricians and other techs
- Follow all safety protocols including LOTO and PPE use
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in dusty/dirty environments
- Welding/fabrication and 480V electrical knowledge a plus
- Team player with strong troubleshooting skills
