Job Title: Lab Technician – 1st Shift

Location: Brecksville, OH

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $18/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Lab Technician to support daily laboratory operations. This full-time, first-shift role is ideal for candidates with lab experience who can follow procedures, handle samples, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lab tests and sample processing.
• Prepare and label reagents, solutions, and specimens.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment.
• Record and report results accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist with inventory management and supply orders.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous lab experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods and handling lab materials.
• Comfortable with PPE and safety procedures.
