Summary Of Position
Teach one or more courses and/or associated laboratories in electromechanical systems (circuits for non-EETs), digital electronics, electrical machinery, electrical system design, and variable frequency drives. The majority of Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) courses are application-focused providing our students with real-life experiences in the classroom and lab.
Position Information
Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students in a timely manner. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university provided tools and resources.

Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday. Teaching assignments may be remote or at various locations.

Qualifications and Competencies
Required Certifications, Training, and/or Licensures: None.
Sponsorship and/or Work Authorization Status: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Minimum Qualifications: At least an earned bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, electrical engineering technology or related equivalent field. At least three years of professional U.S. industrial experience. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior college teaching, related work experience, and online teaching experience.
