Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Agricultural Administrative Leadership Intern to join our team in the agriculture industry where our work supports a greater purpose: helping farmers feed the world. This is more than an internship; it’s a career pathway for individuals with the ambition and potential to step into future administrative leadership roles within our organization. This position will be at our administrative office in Sabina, OH. Please include GPA on the application.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with leadership on key administrative and operational initiatives
  • Assist in process improvement, reporting, and organizational planning
  • Gain exposure to accounting, production, inventory management, and cross-functional business and office operations
  • Support executive-level projects and decision-making processes
  • Build leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through real-world experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current college student within 18 months of graduating or recent graduate (Business, Management, Agriculture, or related field preferred)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High level of initiative with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through work, academic, or community involvement
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for at least 8 consecutive weeks

Why This Internship Stands Out:

  • Competitive starting pay at $18 an hour
  • Direct mentorship from experienced leaders
  • Hands-on involvement in meaningful, high-impact projects
  • Exposure to real business strategy, not just administrative tasks
  • A clear opportunity for consideration into full-time administrative or leadership roles based on performance

Our Mission:

We believe in supporting agriculture and the people who make it possible. Every role in our organization contributes to a larger goal, helping farmers feed the world, and this internship is your opportunity to be part of that mission while building a long-term career.

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who is not just looking for an internship, but a launchpad into leadership with the drive to grow, contribute, and make a difference.
