What you will do:
- Lead and manage projects in cross-functional teams
- Process customer orders
- Learn manufacturing production cycle, customers, products, and services
- Use pricing structures
- Manage phone call and email communications
Skills needed for success:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail, solution-focus and critical thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Outlook, Excel
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience in customer service
- The preferred candidate will also have experience in SAP
