What you will do:

• Lead and manage projects in cross-functional teams
• Process customer orders
• Learn manufacturing production cycle, customers, products, and services
• Use pricing structures
• Manage phone call and email communications

Skills needed for success:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail, solution-focus and critical thinking
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Outlook, Excel
• 2-year degree or equivalent experience in customer service
• The preferred candidate will also have experience in SAP
