Commercial Electrician (Full-Time) – Central Ohio
We are seeking experienced Electricians and Technicians to support a wide range of electrical infrastructure projects throughout Central Ohio and surrounding areas. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems across various commercial and industrial environments.
Our team works on everything from power distribution and lighting systems to backup generators and emergency response services. Safety, reliability, and strong communication are essential in this high-responsibility role.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute electrical wiring plans for power distribution, lighting, and other systems (engine-driven and renewable)
- Install electrical equipment, panels, conduit, racks, and cabling in diverse building environments
- Assemble conduit systems (including underground PVC) and pull/terminate wiring efficiently
- Connect wiring in circuits and networks, ensuring proper compatibility and performance
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, identify hazards or malfunctions, and repair or replace components
- Support emergency services including temporary generators and distribution during outages
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical systems
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency with electrical and hand tools (wire strippers, voltmeters, megohm meters, crimpers, etc.)
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, including NEC (National Electrical Code)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to the office (company vans provided for job sites)
