Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to join our team in the Elyria area, working 6 evenings per week after 5:00 pm, approximately 2.5 hours per night

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness of industrial or commercial spaces by performing specialized cleaning procedures as needed.
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently during scheduled evening hours.
