Position: Technical Supervisor

Location: 2801 W Stroop Rd, Moraine, OH 45439

Duties: Monitor the production and operation conditions of the whole working area (people, equipment, and resources). Main position knowledge and operator skill training. Continuous improvement of product quality, enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and overall achievement of the process and system. Discover, provide feedback, and solve abnormalities in working area. Specify production parameters of each product, in order to decrease the technical abilities amongst associates. For challenging products: assemble key skilled staff to address the issues. Audit production data of the working area, ensure the authenticity of data. Coordinate maintenance personnel to maintain and improve the equipment in the working area. Seek external resources that support the product to be produced fast and efficiently. Conduct routine and random checks to ensure production meets quality requirements. Salary $81,349 per year. Requirements: Associates’ degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Numerical Control Machinery or related field or foreign equivalent and 2 years of experience in the automotive glass manufacturing industry, including processes, forming principles, and experience in each of the following:

1. Proficient knowledge of cutting, screen printing and drying procedures.

2. Experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

3. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and experience applying them in automotive glass manufacturing.

4. Familiarity with the operational principles of Bystronic CNC cutting machines and screen printing equipment, with hands-on experience in basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.

5. Ability to operate KUKA industrial robots and performing basic program modifications.
