Qualifications



* 2-5 years of proven maintenance experience in hospitality, commercial, or institutional settings, demonstrating progressive technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities.



* Advanced technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex mechanical infrastructure.



* Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.



* Professional certification in pool operation and maintenance (e.g., CPO - Certified Pool Operator), demonstrating commitment to safety and specialized hospitality maintenance.



* Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.



* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills



* Valid driver's license preferred.



* Preventive maintenance background preferred.



* Read, write and understand English.
