POSITION SUMMARY
Seeking a customer-focused individual to serve as the primary assistant to the Circulation Services Manager in a library setting. This role acts as the go-to person for routine departmental matters and supports daily circulation operations while helping ensure excellent public service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Circulation Services Manager with routine departmental operations
- Serve as a go-to staff member for day-to-day circulation issues
- Provide excellent customer service to library patrons
- Take initiative and think independently to resolve problems quickly
- Support public service functions in a fast-paced library environment
- Help motivate and support team members as needed
