Job Description:
Senior Oracle RTR / ATR Functional Consultant
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle RTR / ATR Functional Consultant to support finance initiatives, acquisitions, and enhancements across our Oracle environment. This role is hands-on and owns end-to-end functional delivery across Record to Report (RTR) and Acquire to Retire (ATR) processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional delivery for RTR (GL, Cash Management) and ATR (Fixed Assets) workstreams
- Support new acquisitions using Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) to integrate financial data into the corporate ledger
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, configure Oracle modules, and support testing and cutover activities
- Partner closely with business, process, technical, and integration teams to deliver solutions end to end
- Support enhancements, short-term initiatives, and targeted finance-related requests as needed
Required Experience
- Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (RTR and Fixed Assets)
- Must have Oracle EBS R12 & Oracle Cloud experience
- Hands-on experience with Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS)
- Solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes and financial close
- Ability to work independently and engage directly with business stakeholders
- Must have 7+ YOE with Oracle ERP implementation and support
