The ideal candidate would prepare, direct, and coordinate activities to insure goals are accomplished within the plan time and budget, with knowledge in successful problem solving. Candidate must be willing to perform operator/laborer functions when required.

General Duties:

·        5-8 years of relevant construction management experience on highway and commercial site projects with heavy emphasis on Underground Utilities / Bridge / Culvert Installation

·        Work with a 3-4 man crew

·        People skills / team player

·        Self-starter and teacher

·        Organizational / coordination skills

·        Intimate knowledge of project management i.e. scheduling, documentation, specifications, personnel management, budgeting and problem solving

·        Communication skills written and verbal

·        Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment

Requirements:

·        Class A CDL License is a PLUS

• Must be able to read Blue Prints & ODOT Construction Specifications
• Must provide own transportation to and from work
• Must be willing to work within 100 miles of Urbana, OH

Benefits:

• Salary $54-$62/hr. - based on experience and job knowledge
• Position also includes:

o  Phone Allowance

o  Truck Allowance

o  Bonus based on Company and personal achievement goals.

o  1 Week Vacation, after 1 year
