McKeever’s started over 40 years ago as a small, family owned business with emphasis on commercial and residential construction in Urbana, Ohio. We are a successful company that stresses continuous profitable growth benefiting our employees, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in hauling, gravel, soil, concrete and other debris from yard to construction site. In addition, the individual would drive dump trucks from pick-up site and drop off materials at designated sites. The candidate would be expected to inspect the truck for any damage or general mechanical issues.
Candidates must have a Class A CDL, ideally with Tanker Endorsement.
General Duties:
- Truck equipment to pick-up and unloading locations
- Assist in loading truck
- Inspect vehicle and perform preventative maintenance
Skills Required:
- Class A CDL License
- Trucking and hauling experience
- Ability to follow instruction
- Attention to detail
- Ability to drive a manual transmission dump truck
Full-Time / 1st Shift
Salary $25 to $27/hr. based on experience.
Position includes 401K with Company Match and one week paid vacation, after one year, and two weeks after two years (2nd week used during off-season). Also, after one year, you’ll be eligible for a Safety Eligible Bonus, based on 6 calendar months of consecutive time without a loss time/dollar incident. CDL Medical Exam Cost Reimbursement available upon successful completion of Daily Pre-Trip Inspections. Health & Wellness is part of Wage Package.
