Warehouse Coordinator - Twinsburg, OH - JOB 26-00248
Pay Range: $23.00 – $24.00/HR + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus! Permanent Position with Benefits
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
A local manufacturing company in the Twinsburg, Ohio area to find an experienced Warehouse Coordinator / Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing shipping, receiving, and material handling to ensure the efficient flow of product from production to shipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Shipping & Receiving: Lead all inbound/outbound freight operations, including counting and loading bulk trucks
• Tow Motor Operation: Safely operate equipment to move materials and load full or partial shipments
• Staging & Prep: Build/prepare pallets for shipping and stage materials for upcoming production weeks
• Technical Tasks: Use hand tools (circular/table saws, nail guns) to secure shipments; load silo storage from bulk trucks
• Inventory Control: Manage return-to-stock items and lead weekly/year-end inventory counts
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
Skills & Requirements
• Experience: Previous general warehouse experience required; tow motor/forklift proficiency is a must
• Technical Skills: Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math; proficient in reading/writing
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. with assistance) and stand/walk for the full shift
• Self-Management: High level of organization and the ability to work independently or as a team.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED minimum; basic computer skills and forklift certification preferred
