Our Global IT Team is currently seeking an Operations Analyst - Platform Management to provide ongoing monitoring of all global technology systems/services and routine processes and the administration/maintenance of core applications .
The role is responsible for coordination and documentation of all major changes scheduled during the assigned shift and serves as the single point of contact for problem resolution processes. The Operations Analyst will provide the initial diagnosis of the issue, determine appropriate internal and external resources to assist in resolution, coordinate communication amongst problem resolution team, manage service provider problem escalation processes, identify problem impact and communicate to necessary parties, provide regular updates and identify alternative solutions during pro-longed outages.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
We require a Bachelor's degree from four-year (4) college or university; five years' experience of working with PC and related peripheral material; and strong knowledge of networking hardware including: servers, network backup systems, printers, scanners, and other infrastructure type LAN/WAN-based products.
