Job Title: Office Administrator / Project Coordinator (Electrical Contractor)
Location: Archbold, OH

Position Overview:
We are a growing electrical contracting company seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support purchasing, scheduling, and daily operations. This role is critical in keeping projects organized and running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Order and track materials for jobs
- Coordinate scheduling of field technicians and projects
- Communicate with suppliers and customers
- Assist with invoicing and job documentation
- Maintain organized job files and records
- Maintain a clean and efficient office environment
- Assist with counter sales and customer inquiries as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of office/admin experience (construction industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and email systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
