Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily picking operations
• Assign tasks and schedules to picking staff
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Monitor productivity and implement process improvements
• Train, coach, and evaluate picking team members
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with inventory control
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
• Resolve picking errors, shortages, and workflow issues
• Collaborate with warehouse, packing, and shipping teams
• Prepare reports on performance, errors, and efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse or distribution operations
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Forklift experience and training required
• Work in other areas as needed.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–5 years of relevant warehouse experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 
• Work is conducted in a warehouse environment with temperature changes depending on the season.
