Job Title: General Labor Associate (Entry-Level)
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Shift: 6am - 4pm Monday - Thursday
Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a General Labor position within a manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity offering hands-on experience across multiple areas of production, including molding, assembly, and finishing. Ideal candidates will have some prior manufacturing experience and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor basic manufacturing equipment, including molding machines
- Perform assembly of parts and components according to work instructions
- Complete finishing tasks such as trimming, deburring, sanding, or packaging
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist in other areas of production as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
